Q: Is it hard to find a gold BMW M3 e46 to buy?
I’ve looked everywhere and I can’t find a gold BMW M3 e46 for sale anywhere. Are they really hard to find? Where can I find one?!
A: Are you thinking of the color phoenix yellow for the M3? That’s the closest color for the E46 M3 I can think of without it being custom painted.
Q: Does anyone know were i can get a 2001 bmw m3 gtr for sale? ( not used if possible)?
A: Of course is going to be used!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Q: I was thinking about buying a second hand BMW M3 coupe I know where there is a “minter” for sale?
It is a 1994 M Reg. Could you tell me the pros and cons of buying this second hand car. (I am not a zitty 18 year old so not worried about insurance costs) Thank you.
A: I own a 95 M3 myself, the guy saying the rod bushings would be messed up probably drives a Honda and spends all day trying to figure out words that kinda look like curses. The M3 is an awesome car which you will learn to appreciate more and more. You’ll start to figure out little bits of engineering that are simplistic yet genius at the same time. Little things like the fact that all controls are reachable with your hand on the shifter, finger groves on the cruise controll paddle. pressure sensitive window switches. Not to mention a 2 door, manual has unlimited potential. 94’s use OBD-I engine software which is alot more responsive to upgrades such as intakes, cams, euro mafs boot. The fact that the car easily beats domestics with twice the motor size (before it was turbo), the looks, the handling, the comfort. All around great car.
Q: The Nissan GT-R just beat the Porsche Turbo and BMW M3, how will this affect BMW and Porsche sales?
Here are the videos:
http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do/Features/articleId=124973
For half the money of a Porsche turbo, the GT-R is faster on track and acceleration. How will this affect the competition if there is any?
A: No matter what you do to it, it is still a Nissan. You will have plenty of boobs living in the suburbs going oooh-ahhh and buying them. However, I assure you that said boobs would rather have a Porsche.
I have an ‘06 911 Carrera 4s and love it. I’d gladly drop another $80k on a second 911 before I’d spend $80k, let alone $40k on a Nissan.
Q: Real Anger Management !!!?
This is hilarious! Read to the very end.
A MUST READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is priceless!
Anger Management
When you occasionally have a really bad day, and you just need to take
it out on someone, don’t take it out on someone you know, take it out
on someone you don’t know.
It all started one day when I was sitting at my desk and remembered
a phone call I had forgotten to make. I found the number and dialled it. A
man answered, saying, “Hello.” I politely said, “This is Stephen. May I
please speak with Ashley Carter?” Suddenly, the phone was slammed down on
me. I couldn’t believe that anyone could be so rude.
I tracked down Ashley’s correct number and called her. I had transposed the
last two digits of her phone number. After hanging up with her, I
decided to call the ‘wrong’ number again. When the same guy answered the phone,
I yelled, “You’re an asshole!” and hung up. I wrote his number down
with the word ‘asshole’ next to it, and put it in my desk drawer.
Every couple of weeks, when I was paying bills or had a really bad
day, I’d call him up and yell, “You’re an asshole!” It always cheered me up.
When Caller ID came to our area, I thought my therapeutic ‘asshole’ calling
would have to stop. So, I called his number and said, “Hi, this is John
Smith from the Telephone Company. I’m just calling to see if you’re
interested in the Caller ID program?” He yelled, “NO!” and slammed the
phone down.
I quickly called him back and said, “That’s because you’re anasshole!”
One day I was at the store, getting ready to pull into a parking spot.
Some guy in a black BMW M3 cut me off and pulled into the spot I had
patiently waited for. I hit the horn and yelled that I had been waiting for
the spot.
The idiot ignored me and then stuck his middle finger out the window
and waved it around. I noticed he had a “For Sale” sign in his car
window, so I wrote down his number.
A couple of days later, right after calling the first asshole, ( I
had his number on speed dial ), I thought I had better call the BMW asshole, too.
I said, “Is this the man with the black BMW M3 for sale?”
“Yes, it is.”
“Can you tell me where I can see it?”
“Yes, I live at 1802 West 34th Street. It’s a very modern white
house, and the car’s parked right out in front.”
“What’s your name?” I asked.
“My name is Don Burgemeyer,” he said.
“When’s a good time to catch you, Don?”
“I’m home every evening after five.”
“Listen, Don, can I tell you something?”
“Yes?”
“Don, you’re an asshole.” Then I hung up, and added his number to my
speed dial, too. Now, when I had a problem, I had two assholes to call.
But after several months of calling them, it wasn’t as enjoyable as
it used to be. So, I came up with an idea.
I called Asshole #1. “Hello.” “You’re an asshole!”
( But I didn’t hang up. )
“Are you still there?” he asked.
“Yeah,” I said.
“Stop calling me,” he screamed.
“Make me,” I said.
“Who are you?” he asked.
“My name is Don Burgemeyer.”
“Yeah? Where do you live?”
“Asshole, I live at 1802 West 34th Street, a white house, and to
make easy for you, my black BMW M3 is parked in front.”
He said, “I’m coming over right now, Don. And you had better start
saying your prayers.”
I said, “Yeah, like I’m really scared, asshole. Bring your lunch!!”
Then I called Asshole #2.
“Hello?” he said.
“Hello, asshole,” I said.
He yelled, “If I ever find out who you are!…”
“You’ll what?” I said.
“I’ll kick your ass.” he exclaimed.
I answered, “Well, asshole, here’s your chance. I’m coming over
right now.”
Then I hung up and immediately called the police, saying that I
lived at 1802 West 34th Street, and that I was on my way over there to kill
my gay lover.
Then I called Channel 9 News about the gang war going down on West
34th Street.
I quickly got into my car and headed over to 34th street. There I
saw two assholes beating the crap out of each other in front of six squad
cars, a police helicopter, and a news crew.
NOW, I feel better. Anger management really works…!
A: Not a question, so this will probably be removed from the site. Pity that, because you’re right – it’s priceless! Excellent stuff.
Q: PLEASE tell me what you think if this car and this deal….?
its a 1997 BMW M3 for sale. The guy wants $7,000 for it. It has 184,000 miles though. So i talked him down to $5,500 cash. Am i getting a good deal or am i buying problems? BMWs tend to have long lasting engines so idk….

A: Plain and simple NO!
Q: Should I buy a BMW M3?
I want a 98 BMW M3 with 100,000 miles and its for sale here for 10,000. I’m 19 and I have my own job so i would be able to finance it with a co-signer. Basically everyone is telling me not to get it, that insurance is gonna be too high, and BMWs crap out in a certain amount of time. Someone also said there hard to maintain and expensive. So my question to you guys is, is the M3 really worth all that trouble for me to get. I would prefer people with M3s answer but I guess if you have something to tell me then yea..
A: yea used BMW’s and this car that you want has 100K miles.
that’s not a good combo.
BMW’s ARE hard to maintain and your insurance might be a little high.
if you think you can pull off lets say about $3500 a year for insurance PLUS like… around lets just say $2000 for gas… then go for it
i dont know how well u get paid and stuff
but i personally wouldnt get a BMW from what i keep hearing.
Q: Im looking at 1995-1998 BMW M3 with 100k plus mileage, $7k-$8k?
what do u think?

A: I think you should find one that has been taken care of and has had just about everything replaced over the years.
should have radiator, clutch, suspension, coils, every water and oil pump, starter, battery etc. replaced at some point in it’s life and hopefully not too, too long ago.
You’re talking about a car that is 12 to 15 years old. If these things haven’t been done in at least the last 5 years, than you can BET that you’re going to be replacing them yourself in the very near future.
Q: Car title Help! 2004 BMW M3?
I am buying a car from a private seller and he wants me to pay his debt from BMW USA first so that they can release his title. The problem is the title is still going to be under his name after BMW releases it. I tried going though a bank but did not got approved. He has agreed on a notarized bill of sale and specific power of attorney for the car registration. Anyways he can still revoke his power of attorney. Is there any safe way to buy this car? Thanks for your comments.
It is 2004 BMW M3
A: I ran into this problem 2 different times when I was buying a car from an individual who had financed it with BMW Financial. They are almost impossible to work with. The first time I had to send the seller my check for the car and he kept the car for 10 days until BMW Financial released the car title to him. Even though I lived 500 miles from the seller and did not know him, I trusted him and everything turned out fine.
On the second transaction, the seller got fed up with BMW Financial and paid his local BMW dealer $200 to handle the sale for us.
Your seller is probably trustworthy. BMW Financial will make anyone who buys a car for them jump through hoops if they do not sell the car through the dealer.
Q: VW polo sale value or trade in price value?
hi there i have a 1998 5 door S reg vw polo in red 1.0 litre engine and im just wondering on how much i should be selling it for privately or expect for trade in price.
The car is in good condition no dents or scratches it has brand new front indicator lenses, black alloy wheels, sony head unit with ipod connector, new red gear knob and red gaiter, matching red and black sports seat covers on front and rear seats, bmw m3 style wing mirrors, 10 months MOT 6 months Tax, part service history, log book, new rear brake light in top of rear window, locking wheel nuts, set of 4 extra tyres, spare front indicator light lenses and rear light lenses, spare exhaust (the spare exhaust is a big double barrelled big bore exhaust this exhaust is not just back box but a full system), bee sting arial and K & N air filter.
oh its only done 75000 miles too and im not sure but think it has been lowered.
see photos http://s301.photobucket.com/albums/nn49/…
please help!
A: the way to go with this vehicle is to sell it privately if you want a reasonable guide to your selling price have a look in local papers and on internet for other cars of similar age and spec and that will give you a fair idea of a price please do not go down the route that many people before you have gone and trade it in against another vehicle because if you work it out properly you will end up giving your car away for nothing at all and the only person making any cash from your car will be the garage owner where you trade it in
Q: BMW addiction – question?
I’m addicted to old model BMW’s I currently own –
BMW 1998 325i
BMW 1997 318i
BMW 1995 730i
BMW 1998 520i
BMW 1994 M3
BMW 1996 328i
BMW 1987 335i Convertible
I service and MOT all these cars and keep 2-3 on the road at a time. I’m addicted to all the older shape BMW’s. I don’t like the newer shape ones. Anything from 1982 – 1999 is my favorite shape.
My question is do you think it’s wrong of me to start knocking on peoples doors and asking if their car is for sale? I’ve asked a few people and they say it’s rude and not right, but I dont see the harm in it. Would it offend you if I knocked on your door and asked if your lovely looking car was for sale?
The M3 is a euro model with an ac schnitzer bodykit and an M3 splitter added. It’s blue but old man I had bought it from buffed it to hard and it’s almost green now LOL. I’m going to rebuff it this summer or maybe spray it black or white!
Do you think cars models will go around the clock completely and companies will start making older shape models again? Just like everyone does… Fashion etc. Cars can only get so god damn bubbled out and round
‘Keeping them on the road’ is a british term. It means i’ve got 2-3 that are road legal whilst the others stay on my driveway or street (If theyre on the street they only have tax, no mot, no insurance).
Recently got block insurance for them but because I am young (22) it’s to expensive so have to insurance 1-2 at a time
A: Wow, I’m jealous of your collection. I have a BMW 1992 325i myself, and it’s the most fun i’ve ever had working on and driving a car.
But yes, I do think that is relatively rude. Many people don’t even like to answer the door when the girlscouts come, I think they’d dislike a stranger asking if their car is for sale even more.
Some may appreciate a compliment on their car and would enjoy a conversation about it, but I think this only holds true to those who are enthusiasts, versus those who are just driving a car.
You own a 1994 M3 though? Euro model or an M-Technik?
Q: Buying exotic versus buying relatively cheap and upgrading?
I have always fought with the idea of saving up and buying a really really nice car. Not something huge like a Ferrari or Lambo, but like an Aston Martin DB9 or something. However, I have also come across the idea of making my own car. For instance, buying a brand new BMW M3 and fitting new suspension, breaks, intake, headers, exhaust, and a few very low profile areodynamic changes to the chassis. Basically to make it preform just like a 120k car but cost less. Not like a NOS’ed car full of stickers and the sound only comes from the exhaust. A genuine full bodied engine sound.
Now both are good ideas however, after 10 years or less after I want to get rid of it, it will be harder to sell the customized car than it will be to sell the aston martin. Will I be losing more money in the end sale than I will be saving from making my own car? Is it worth it since I am choosing how to build my car? Is it worth the effort? What are the pros and cons of each?
A: Most people that put 1000’s of dallars into there cars are doing it because it is what they want.
Not everyone will think it is as cool as you do.
I would say the exotic is the way to go for resale. Unless your in the custom world hardcore you will have a hard time selling it to someone without taking allmost all the add ons off.
Q: i need some help in gran turismo 4!!?
i picked the toyota sprinter ae 86 for my starting car.. was that a good choice?
i’ve plowed throught the competition at sunday cup (yay!) but i’m having a hard time keeping up with the cars at the FR challenge.. can anyone give me some tips? how can you tune your cars? i’ve bought upgrades for my turbo, engine, suspensions etc. and i was wondering if you still tune them up..
and also i’m planning to save up some money to by a BMW m3… is this a good plan.. oh and why is the m3 GTR not for sale? i love that car…
any tips and help would be highly appreciated.. THANKS A LOT!! BEST ANSWER GETS 10 PTS.!!
A: okay i beat the game and have all of the cars, so at the start everything is a bit slow, maybe sell the car that you won from sunday cup, or renter the sunday cup and reset the trophies so you can win the car again, you will need to do this cup a few times to get the money, buy a used car and oil change it
Q: Buy a new BMW or invest the money?
I could buy a new M3 for 80k and pay a shitload in taxes: state sales, gas guzzler, property taxes, etc…. or I can buy a cheap beater car and invest the money in stocks since everything’s so damn cheap right now. What would you do?
A: I would buy the beater, and invest the rest.
Q: Best Miami BMW Dealer for Service?
I bought a 2003 M3 with just under 40,000 miles from a local used car dealer (just sales) and need to have it serviced. I live in Miami Beach, and wondered if anyone can recommend an authorized BMW dealer in the area that’s known for good service. Thanks!
A: in my experience, best to stay away from dealerships and find a good performance shop (euro or bmw pro-shop)….get on a bmw performance owner’s forum…and ask the question, tons of M3’s around
like here perhaps
